Victims report that despite numerous complaints filed at the local police station, authorities seem unconcerned.
The preparators, often operating in plain sight, primarily target women and teenagers, stealing their valuables. Commuters blame the tricycle unions for neglecting security checks on riders, prioritizing tickets sales instead.
