Ace Broadcaster, Prince Adewale Adegoke Dada, popular as Wale The Good, has been appointed as the Ogun State Coordinator of National Association of Nigerian Travel Agencies (NANTA).
This was convey in a letter of appointment written and signed by the Vice President of Western Zone, Otunba Babatunde Adesokan on behalf of the National President, Mr. Yinka Folami after the top echelons of the association met on 27 of May, 2024.
Prince Adewale Dada, who also doubles as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of ‘The Good Travel and Tours Limited’, was appointed based on his track record in the travel and tour industry. His efforts, as gathered by VOA News, ‘has further deepened the association’s many landmark achievements’.
“It is our pleasure to inform you that during the Zonal Executive Council Meeting held on the 27th May, 2024, the members, based on unanimous decisions, agreed and resolved to appoint you as the acting State Coordinator of NANTA, Ogun State chapter”. The letter reads in part.
In his acceptance letter, Prince Wale Dada expressed gratitude on his appointment, stating that the decision to appoint him was one that is embraced with ‘great honour and enthusiasm’.
“I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for appointing me as the Ogun State Chapter’s Coordinator of the National Association of Nigerian Travel Agencies. (NANTA).
It is with great honor and enthusiasm that I accept this appointment on behalf of myself and the other executive members of our chapter”.
He expressed his commitment to uphold the values and objectives of the association, while promising to work diligently with other executives of the association to advance the missions of NANTA.
“I am truly humbled by the trust and confidence you have placed in me to lead our chapter in promoting the interests of travel agencies and professionals in Ogun State. I am committed to upholding the values and objectives of NANTA and working diligently with our executive team to advance the mission of our organization.
“I want to assure you that I will carry out my duties with dedication, integrity, and transparency, always keeping the best interests of NANTA and its members at heart. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve in this capacity and will strive to meet and exceed the expectations placed upon me”.
Other members of executives that were appointed included; Mr. Solola Oluwasegun as the State Secretary, Hon. Isiah Olanbiwoninu as the P.R.O, Mr. Abdulazeez Yahyah Adekunle as the State Financial Secretary, Mr. Saheed Oyetunde as the Welfare Director, Mr. Olanrewaju Dada as the Ex-Officio, while Mr. Oluwaseyi Abass, who is the Western Zonal Treasurer was also appointed as State Ex-Officio.
