Local Government Elections: OGSIEC Releases Timetable, Holds Stakeholders Meeting Thursday

In a build up to the local government election across the state, Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC) has released timetable for the much anticipated local council elections across the state.

VOA reliably gathered that party’s primary elections will hold on Monday, 26th August, 2024 while proper election holds on Saturday, 16th November, 2024.

Meanwhile, aspirants have started showing interest across all the parties in the state as this election is expected to be keenly contested.
