News reaching VOA News right now has it that the Asiwaju of Awori land and Baba Ijo of St. Michael’s African Bethel Cathedral, Igbo Olori, Ota, Senator Ayodeji Otegbola has passed on.
Asiwaju Ayodeji Otegbola, one of the clan of Ikogbe Princess, Ajayi Ekun was a one time Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria who represented Ogun West Senatorial District in the 3rd republic.
As gathered, Asiwaju Ayodeji Otegbola breathe his last in the early hours of Monday at the ripe age of 88 years.
Meanwhile, details of his burial rites has not yet been released as at the time of filing this report.
