The family of Odeyale Mariam has raised alarm over the whereabouts of their 16-year-old daughter who has gone missing since Friday, 12th July, 2024.
Mariam, a student Ilupeju Community Primary School (ICPS), in Iyana-Iyesi, Ota, reportedly left the house at Ire-Akari Street, Fashogbon, Iyana-Iyesi, Ota on Friday night after she was chastised.
According to the father, who was visibly worried while speaking with VOA News Correspondent, lamented that they have made several frantic efforts to locate their missing daughter, but all to no avail. “We have reported the case at Obasanjo Police Station at Onipanu, Ota but yet, we haven’t found her. We are very worried because we do not know her present state”.
