Ota-Awori Muslim Community has today, gathered to chart ways to move Islam and the community at large forward.
While addressing Imams, Alfas and other Islamic Stakeholders in the community, the Grand Chief Imam of Ota-Awori Land, Sheikh Ibrahim Sabeeq Aina-Aladi, said the was need for all the Muslims in Ota, and Awori by extension to come together and speak in unison.
While reiterating the benefits of working in tandem, Sheikh Sabeeq said that, there is no such office that is ‘useless’ in Islam if such occupier can make good use of the office. He added that the Office of the Grand Chief Imam would work efficiently if other Imams and Alfas as well as other stakeholders can unite to assist the office.
